Appointments & Treatments

Availability

  • Appointments are currently offered on Mondays and Thursdays

  • Alternative days may be available at the therapist’s discretion — please get in touch to discuss

Appointment Duration

  • Recommended first session: 1 hour, including:

    • Short consultation

    • Time to get on/off the treatment couch

    • Minimum of 40 minutes hands-on treatment

  • Ongoing sessions: 45 minutes, 60minutes or 90 minutes available

Treatment Techniques May Include:

  • General massage and soft tissue work including deep tissue and sports massage techniques

  • Treatment of specific problem areas as needed

  • Soft Tissue Release (STR)

  • Muscle Energy Techniques (MET), including post-isometric relaxation and reciprocal inhibition

  • Myofascial release

  • Trigger point therapy

Where appropriate, you may also be given follow-up exercises or self-care techniques to support your recovery between sessions.

Your Treatment Process

  1. Consultation – We discuss your history, symptoms, and treatment goals.

  2. Assessment – Assessing any issues and establishing expectations from treatment.

  3. Treatment – Targeted soft tissue techniques tailored to your needs.

  4. Aftercare – Stretches, exercises, and advice to prevent issues returning.

Pricing & Booking

  • 45 minutes – £40

  • 60 minutes – £50

  • 90 minutes – £75

Booking & Policies

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking.

  • 48 hours’ notice required for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • If notice is given, your deposit can be transferred to a future booking.

  • Consent forms and treatment expectations will be completed at your first session and reviewed as needed for ongoing treatments.
